Gaucho Chef Edson will teach a class on the patio about how to grill picanha, the noble cut of the top sirloin, and one of the tenderest, most delicious you will ever eat. Also see a demonstration and get the recipe for his marinade to prepare his signature "drunken chicken," drumsticks that have been marinated in cognac and beer.

Your evening will include dinner: picanha, chicken, potato salad, a green salad, cheese bread and passion fruit ice cream.
